Together we will explore what you want out of your relationships and unpack what is standing in your way. Coaching will give you insights into your habits & triggers, which may be blocking your chance at true love. Showing your vulnerable self to the one you are dating doesn't come naturally for everyone. Wading through the negative messages in our heads to reach our full potential is COMPLETELY POSSIBLE with the right help. To achieve a state of EMPOWERMENT, we will work on your mindset, triggers, old wounds, and the places you feel stuck.

Anastacia has 20+ years of experience working in healthcare, emphasizing natural organic whole foods, supplements, herbs, and playful exercise & recreation. She will guide you through creating a personalized wellness plan that you can maintain for life.
